1. Service
yabt provides in-browser local dictionaries, reading interactions, and optional managed AI. Explanations, translations, speech, and transcription may be inaccurate; you remain responsible for decisions based on them.
2. Account and acceptable use
Protect email codes and sessions. Do not resell accounts, bypass quotas, automate bulk calls, disrupt the service, or use it unlawfully. Violations may restrict managed AI access; local features do not depend on a subscription.
3. free and pro
free includes every local capability plus 50 lifetime AI requests after email verification. pro includes AI subject to fair use. Fair use is not presented as a fixed daily number; it protects shared capacity from automation abuse. Material changes will be communicated reasonably.
4. Subscription, renewal, and cancellation
Creem sells subscriptions as Merchant of Record. Your selected period renews automatically unless canceled before renewal through “Manage subscription” in the extension account page, the Creem Customer Portal, or [email protected]. All customers are billed in USD; price, tax, renewal date, and payment method are shown at checkout and on the receipt. Cancellation stops the next renewal; Pro remains active through the paid period and then automatically returns to free.
5. Refund policy
Canceling does not refund the current paid period. Paid fees are generally non-refundable except where applicable law requires, a charge is duplicated or erroneous, or Creem issues a refund to address fraud, chargeback risk, or a customer dispute. Submit requests through the receipt, Creem customer access, or [email protected]; we will respond within three business days. Statutory rights prevail.
6. Availability and changes
We aim for reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted availability. Models, providers, and features may change for quality, cost, security, or compliance, without arbitrarily removing the core value of a paid period.
7. Liability boundary
To the extent allowed by law, the service is provided “as is” and excludes indirect, incidental, and consequential loss. Aggregate liability relating to a paid service will not exceed the amount you paid for yabt during the 12 months before the claim arose. Liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded or limited is unaffected.
8. Contact and governing law
The service is operated by an individual developer under the yabt name. Contact [email protected]. These terms are governed by the law applicable where the operator is based without overriding non-waivable consumer rights where you live. Disputes should first be raised with support in good faith and, if unresolved, brought before a court with lawful jurisdiction.
